Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2021: Ministry of Defence (MOD) has issued a notification for MTS, LDC, Stenographer Grade-II and Other Posts are in Across India. Interested candidates can apply for MOD Recruitment 2021 through the prescribed application format on or before 15 February 2021.
Eligibility Criteria for Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2021
Cinema Projectionist/Video Operator/Photographer: Matric (Class 10th) or equivalent with A certificate for operating Projector. Stenographer Grade-II: Class 12thpass or equivalent with given Skill Test Norms.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Class 12thpass or equivalent with Typing speed of 35 WPM in English on Computer or a typing speed of 30 WPM in Hindi on computer.
Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade): Class 10th pass, Civilian Driving Licence for Heavy Vehicles, and 2 years experience of driving such vehicles.
Electrician: Class 10thpass, Certificate from Industrial Training Institute or National Council for Vocational Training in the trade of Electrician.
Cook: Matriculation (Class 10th) or must have knowledge of Indian Cooking and proficiency in trade.
Poster Maker: Matriculation (Class 10th) with Certificate in Drawing from a recognized Institution.
Fatigueman: Matriculation (Class 10th) pass or equivalent and Must be conversant with the duties of respective trades with one year’s experience.
Supervisor: Matriculation (Class 10th) from a recognized Board or Institution.
Overseer: Matriculation (Class 10th) from a recognized Board or Institution.
Cycle Fitter: Matriculation (Class 10th) from a recognized Board or Institution.

(i) Between 18 to 25 years for Cinema Projectionist/Video Operator/Mech/Mixer/Photographer, Stenographer Grade-II, Lower Division Clerk, Cook, MTS (Gardener), MTS (Watchman), MTS (Safaiwala), Barber and Fatigueman.
(ii) Between 18 to 27 years for Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade), Poster Maker, Electrician, Supervisor, Overseer, and Cycle Fitter. Relaxation for age limit.
(i) The upper age limit is relaxable for Govt servant and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per existing Govt rules in this regard.
(ii) For SC/ST candidates applying for their reserved post will be given age relaxation up to 5 years. OBC (Noncreamy layer) candidates will be given age relaxation upto 3 years.
(iii) For Persons with Disability under UR category 10 years, OBC (Noncreamy layer) category 13 years & SC/ST category 15 years.
(iv) The SC/ST/OBC candidates who apply against an unreserved post will not be given age and other concessions meant for SC/ST/OBC.
Crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) or Demand Draft worth Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty only) in favor of the Commandant, Army War College, Mhow. The Postal Order/Demand Draft should be issued on or after the date of publication of the advertisement. The application fee is non-refundable. Candidates belonging to SC/ST, if they are applying for the reserved category are exempted from the application fee and Persons with disability and Ex-Serviceman are also exempted from the application fee.
Selected candidates will get Rs. 18,000 – Rs. 92,300/-Per Month.
The selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit. The selection process will comprise of written test and skill/physical/ practical/typing test wherever necessary. The selection to all Group „C‟ and erstwhile Group „D‟ posts will be made solely based on marks obtained by the applicants in
the written test only subject to qualifying in the skill/physical/ practical/typing test, as may be the case.
