INTRODUCTION:

Migraine is one of the most faced diseases that these days every
second person is facing. This is a severe form of a headache that at
times also leads to people being unconscious or leads nose bleeding.

There are different types of it where some have an unbearable pain
either on the left side or right side of the head, at the backside or front
side, at times the entire head or just a selective part. Many people
confuse it with sinus. sinus and migraine are two different types of
disease.

All the people having any one of them is bound to have the other is a
very wrong concept. Several new diseases have been encountered.
Stress, anxiety, depression, and panic attacks are the most common
reasons for migraines.

The increase in the competition every day has set
up a new standard for us to reach. some of us also forget that we might
have a different taste and a variety of paths to choose from. But all we
do is get ourselves enrolled in something that is not meant for us and
gets stuck in there forever.

These reasons are striving us to adopt new types of diseases and
problems. Though coffee and chocolate are some of the dangerous
combinations for people suffering from migraines yet most of the people who are affected by migraines seem to have been consuming these at a
massive level.

A human being is indeed a very strange creature. We want to be aware
of everything. We want to know the preventions and cures of every
problem or disease that we might get. Surprisingly the gift of technology
has also made it quite possible yet we do not use it in keeping us safe.
We have a weird habit of not being careful till almost nothing can be
done to our devastation.

CONCLUSION:

We do not know what is there in store for us. The least we can do is
keep ourselves safe from all these. Take care of our emotional and
mental peace at every level as possible. No one else can save us but we
can. Treating migraines with the proper consultation of a physician is
extremely recommended more than applying our useless doctor skills or
home remedies. Already the quarantine is enough to make us feel
isolated so it’s a request to everyone to take care of themselves in whatever ways it’s possible.
