Educational Qualification Details

Merchant Banker – Any Post Graduate or MBA in Finance. CA qualification is preferable.
Research Analyst – Any post-graduation with NISM – Research Analyst Certification.
System Officer – Graduation in Engineering (4 yrs)/ Technology Degree or Post Graduate Degree or Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level.
SO – Dealer – Graduate with NISM/NCFM qualification.
Back Office Staff – Graduate (NISM/NCFM qualification preferable)

Salary Scale

Merchant Banker – Rs. 8.00 – 12.00 lakh p.a (consolidated)
Research Analyst –Rs. 4.00 – 6.00 lakh p.a (consolidated)
System Officer – Rs. 2.50 – 3.00 lakh p.a
SO – Dealer –Rs. 2.50 – 3.00 lakh p.a
Back Office Staff – Rs.9,000 – Rs. 15,000 p.m (consolidated)
