The whole LGBTQ+ community has been celebrated in the whole world. Today 13 Reasons Why Star reintroduces herself as a trans woman. She takes social media on a toll by saying “my pronouns are she/her.” Dorman played the role of Ryan Shaver in the Netflix series. She releveled that she was living a private life as a woman.
Continuing to her statement she said, “Today is about clarity: I am a trans woman. My pronouns are she/her. My name is Tommy.” She also added up by saying that she has also gone through a medical transition as well. Previously Tommy used the pronoun they /them, noted in public she says that revealing the transition is a beautiful process. Tommy said that this isn’t a transition this is an evolution of Tommy. She said she is becoming more of Tommy.
Tommy also denied playing male characters on screen. She added by saying “that male role made her feel really uncomfortable”. Instead, she will now infuse her trans body into film and television.
